Sunday - Thursday - $550.00

Friday & Saturday - $650.00

Additional hours - $85.00

Security deposit is 50% of your rental fee

Balance is balance 15 days before your event or your event will be canceled.

Pricing includes: 5 hour rental, 50 chairs, 6 round tables, 3 Six ft Tables, TV, Speakers & free parking

All rentals must have insurance and a $75 clean up fee.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cozy Events, we are committed to providing exceptional service and helping make your

event a memorable experience. Please review our cancellation and refund

policy carefully before booking your event.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee is required to secure your event date and time.

Cancellations 15 Days or More Before Event Date:

Clients may cancel their reservation and receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellations Less Than 15 Days Before Event Date

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled event date.

Date Changes

Requests to reschedule an event are subject to venue availability and must be submitted in writing. Additional fees may apply.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the cancellation request has been reviewed and approved and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Event Insurance Requirement

All events hosted at Cozy Events are required to obtain day-of event insurance through The Event Helper. To receive a quote and purchase coverage, please visit the link below and complete the online application:

Once your event insurance has been secured, you must provide Cozy Events with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing Cozy Events as the Certificate Holder/Additional Insured. Please email the COI to info@cozyeventsllc.com prior to your event date.

Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in the cancellation of your event reservation.
